Imagine 5 days in the magical island of Serifos in Greece amongst nature, exploring and purifying your inner self through ancient Greek Therapy techniques. The private access to the beach with the blue-green water of the sea and the ”wild” side of the island will make you feel that you are in a eco- living secret paradise.
The ”Contact with your Inner Sound” retreat is a journey through different techniques of Physical Somatic Theater, Drama Therapy, Yoga of the Voice and Sound Therapies with planetary Gong and Tibetan Singing Bowls, which will allow you to cultivate your own power and to incorporate the sound as your therapist.
You are going to be connected with all healing qualities that nature can offer to your body, mind and soul .
DESCRIPTION
During this retreat we will discover and connect with our inner sound through a personal awakening journey that begins with :
. * Physical theater techniques help us to begin an active dialogue with our bodies. The first step is to connect with our body through free movement, following the body’s impulse. As we follow the impulse, we seek to recognize the emotion.
* Drama therapy tools and techniques we will aim at connecting and accepting our inner reality which very often is quite far from the outer. Recognition and acceptance will help us get rid of the internal conflict that is the cause of stress. Our authentic self will meet us when we first cleanse our house to receive it.
* The yoga of the voice through ancient breath and sound practices, guides us into the experience of devotional chants and sounds that clear, tune, and stimulate the brain and the energy of the chakras. As a result, the mind expands into luminous states of consciousness and an ecstatic sense of well-being, while we reveal and connect with our personal sound.
* Gong Bath immersion / Tibetan Singing Bowls. The sound vibrations, frequencies, and harmonic sacred sounds of planetary Gong transfer our brain activity to Alpha and Theta brain waves of deep relaxation. Here begins the experiential journey of awakening, coordination, purification, and self-healing.
It is a unique experience of rhythms, movements, and sound frequencies, a sound journey through the Pythagorean music of the Spheres.
* You can spend your free time in the lush garden of pine trees, eucalyptus, and olive trees, where breakfast, beverages, and dinner are served, enjoying moments of relaxation and rejuvenation.
* Explore Lia beach, a step away, so you can swim into the bleu-green water of aegean sea.
* Choose 5-kilometers running or cycling routes to find the best way to explore the island.

The transformative magic in this retreat happens due to the combination of Physical Somatic Theater techniques, Drama Therapy, Breathing and Voice Yoga techniques, and a journey into the sacred sounds of Gong Bath Therapy and Tibetan Singing Bowls. In this retreat we use these ancient Greek Healing Arts as a tool for better understanding, expressing, and finally contact with our inner sound and inner self.
The lush garden of pine trees, eucalyptus, and olive trees, the private access in Lia beach one step away with the blue-green water of the sea, our Cycladic hospitality with breakfast and meals made from the best local produce, consist a primitive experience, but without the lack of modern comforts, far away from unnatural sounds which are distracting us from the physical state of our health.
In addition to the Drama therapy, Meditation, Sound Healing, and Yoga Voice activities we can offer a range of massage and Reiki therapies upon request.

LOCATION
Nature Eco Living, nestled in a small valley which protects one from the worst of the Meltemi winds, next to Lia beach ,one of the nicest famous sand beaches situated on the north-eastern coast of the Greek island of Serifos .
Lia beach consists of sand especially at the seabed , some pebbles too and crystal clear waters. It is surrounded by a wild beauty backdrop , quite secluded , one of the naturists favorite spot.

TEACHERS
LAOURA GINI
Laoura is Sound therapist, musician ,composer and alternative therapist.
For many years she was performed classical piano concerts in Greece and abroad. Her post – degrees studies include Music Therapy, Music composition, Electronic music, Music Psychotherapy, Sound Healing, Kriya Yoga philosophy, Pranic Healing techniques, and therapeutic massage modalities.
She has spent many years in India, exploring the Nada Yoga (Yoga of Sound) and studied sitar in Dhrupad style in Benares of India. That experience allowed and drove her in an immersion mastering of therapeutic properties of Sacred Sound instruments, the Planetary Gongs, (based on the theory of Pythagoras for the Harmony of the Spheres and the Healing Power of Sound), Tibetan singing bowls and Yoga Voice .
She also has a Master’s degree in Traditional Thai Massage from the well-known ITM in Thailand, Ayurvedic treatments from IIA center of Ancient Ayurveda Medicine of Kerala, and Pranic Healing certification from IMCKS, Bangalore, in India. With great zeal and sensitive inclination for Natural and Holistic Therapies, she soon pursued further training in Shiatsu, and Rejuvenation Face Lift. She is a Reiki master.
For the last 20 years, she lives in Santorini island, where she offers private and group Sound Healing sessions, therapeutic body treatments and she organizes Sound Healing Retreats all over Greece, engaging the cosmic vibration with her unique therapeutic way.
IRINI TSATOVA
Irini was born in Athens. She studied acting at the Higher Drama School of the Municipality of Agia Varvara Iakovos Kampanelis. She has starred and directed theatrical
performances for children and adults.She is trained in physical theater techniques and attended a number of theoretical and experiential seminars (workshops) of acting and improvisation.
She participated in the acting group ‘Theater of Research’ led by actor’s coach and drama teacher Fanis Katechos. She researched and studied in depth the acting methods of Stanislavski, Grotowski, Eugenio Barba, Peter Brook and Suzuki, while she also trained in acrobatic and street theater techniques, She is a graduate student of Drama Therapy Institute AION in Athens.
Since 2021 she has been collaborating with the psychiatrist – psychotherapist Ioannis Augustatos in leading Self- Cognitive Psychotherapy groups.
Further more, since 2018, she voluntarily coordinates the theatrical group ‘Wake Up Theater’, part of the Spiritual Activism Movement, LIGHT IN ACTION, and she presents the radio show ‘Art As It Is’ on Wake Up Radio (the web radio of Light in Action Movement)

Each morning, breakfast made by the best local fresh ingredients and offers all necessary treats for you to start your day full of energy. Later on, the light snack menu will add smell and taste to your day.
A refreshing and invigorating beverage menu will served until 22:00, including cocktails, tea varieties and freshly squeezed juice. At Nature Eco Living, we make a conscious effort to reduce sugar and preservatives in all drinks served at our hotel.
