Everything is in a state of  vibration, in a state motion, everything is sound. Tibetan Singing Bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes. In this therapy treatment the Tibetan Bowls are placed on the chakras, and through their specific frequencies, restore the balance of the energy centers of our body.

At the same time their sound and vibration entrain the brain to move into deeper Alpha and Theta waves frequencies, that induce deep meditative and peaceful states, clarity of mind and intuition.

Tuning forks work with the physics principles of resonance and entrainment. Everything in the body is in motion, everything in motion makes waves, and waves propagate off the body. These ways that come off of us, are very high frequency. They are very low amplitude. We can’t really hear them.

The Tuning fork will actually resonate and reflect whatever tonal information it’s encountering that’s being produced by the body. So the tuning fork will initially resonate with whatever distortion it”s encountering like some kind of tension in the body, very often old trauma responses,  are locked as freezes in our body.

Patterns of tension create inflammation, basically a traffic jam of electrical movement that has become frozen and isn’t able to be in a state of flow.

The use of tuning forks Otto 128, Otto 64 and C and G creates the perfect Fifth that tunes the nervous system, stimulates the release of bacteria, viruses, free radicals and increases nitric oxide, which plays a key role in dilating blood vessels.

Due to the stress of living, we are often functioning via the sympathetic nervous system. We are in fight or flight response, alert, on the go, and ready to accomplish our goals. In this extreme state, the sympathetic nervous system activates to protect us from a trauma.

Even though, the traumatic events may have passed, the sympathetic nervous system maintains a heightened state of alertness.  Over time this heightened state can contribute to many physical and mental symptoms including lack of sleep, body aches and pains, depression, sexual dysfunction, menstrual disfunction for women, and an array of autoimmune and pro-inflammatory disorders.

When the nervous system naturally responds with the parasympathetic nervous system, our body’s blood flow increases to the pelvis region. The result is a deep relaxation and an increased ability to be more receptive. When the nervous system is tuned, there is  a perfect balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system .
