Tην Κυριακή 1η Μαρτίου σας περιμένω για ένα κοσμικό ηχητικό ταξίδι, πέρα από τα όρια του χρόνου και του χώρου.
Η εμπειρία του ηχητικού ταξιδιού ξεκινά προετοιμάζοντας το σώμα με ελαφριά εργασία αναπνοής, εναρμόνιση και εξισορρόπηση των κέντρων μέσω της φωνής σας, προετοιμάζοντας έτσι τον εσωτερικό σας χώρο για να ξεκουραστεί βαθιά, να διαλογιστεί και να επανα – συντονιστεί.
Στη συνέχεια ξεκινά ένα ηχητικό τοπίο που ηρεμεί γρήγορα το μυαλό, καθώς γίνεται η μετάβαση στα εγκεφαλικά κύματα Θήτα ,εκει που το σώμα και το νευρικό σύστημα χαλαρώνουν, ανοίγοντας ετσι μια πύλη για νέες εμπειρίες και συνειδητοποιήσεις που ξεπερνούν τις προσδοκίες. Ο ήχος του Γκονγκ μεταμορφώνεται σε μία κοσμική βροχή φωτός, όπου μας ανοίγει πύλες για νέες εμπειρίες, φέρνοντας ισορροπία, θεραπεία, μεταμόρφωση, αλλά και βαθειά εσωτερική ηρεμία
